This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes the procedures for collecting, storing, processing, and protecting personal data that may be obtained from the User by the individual entrepreneur Liudmila Vikol (hereinafter — the Photographer, Website Administration, Operator) when using the website lumi.by and its subdomains.

- The User and Administration shall jointly take measures to prevent potential losses arising from personal data disclosure.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
User Obligations:
- to provide accurate and up-to-date personal data;
- to update personal data in the event of changes.
Website Administration Obligations:
- to use personal data exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 4;
- to maintain the confidentiality of personal data;
- to protect personal data from unauthorized access and other unlawful actions;
- not to transfer data to third parties except in cases defined by this Policy;
- to block personal data upon User request during verification.
7. Liability of the Parties
- The Website Administration shall be liable for damages incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
- The Website Administration shall not be liable if personal data:
- was publicly available before its disclosure,
- was lawfully obtained from a third party,
- was disclosed with the User’s consent,
- was compromised due to actions of third parties (hacking, malicious software, etc.).
8. Dispute Resolution
- Prior to initiating court proceedings, the User must submit a written claim to resolve the dispute amicably.
- The Website Administration shall review the claim within 30 calendar days.
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
- The applicable law for this Policy is the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
9. Additional Provisions
- The Website Administration may amend this Policy without obtaining User consent.
- The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website lumi.by.
